A mother returned to the home to her luxury Upper on West Side apartment on Thursday at evening time to find the
two of her children, a 2-year-old boy and a 6-year-old girl, fatally who are stabbed in a bathtub by
the family’s nanny.
Police say the nanny was near the bathroom floor with lots of stab wounds to her neck and a kitchen knife was nearby placed
